This article gathers all the latest guidance, information and resources to support you and your physical activity.
In this lockdown, it has been encouraging to see exercise mentioned and prioritised as a reason to leave the house.
From 5 Nov 2020, you can exercise or meet in a public, outdoors space with people you live with or as part of a support bubble.
You can also use outdoor public spaces which include:
- neighbourhood streets, beaches and the countryside
- public gardens and ground
- allotments and
- outdoor playgrounds.
Leisure and sports facilities are to close and organised community sport is also not allowed. This takes away important spaces and opportunities to stay active. We hope this information supports you and your activity during this lockdown and beyond it.
