In this plan, there is a booklet to guide you, exercise videos you can follow and Move to Improve cards to prompt you to work on your strength and balance.

Do you lead/organise or are involved in existing community groups that older people attend, such as coffee mornings, lunch clubs, knit and natter and other similar groups? Become a Fall-Proof champion.
