I deliver active health and balance classes at three levels. Beginner classes focus on those needing more seated exercise for joint mobility, muscle strength and balance, while the more challenging classes involve more standing activity for strength, coordination and endurance.

I deliver Active Balance classes online, at Corse and Staunton Village Hall (Mondays, beginners 1-2pm, advanced 2.30-3.30pm) and Prestbury library (Wednesdays 2.30-3.30pm). Although aiming towards standing balance exercises, all these classes allow participants to begin from a seated position, building strength and confidence to progress to standing exercises when ready for the challenge.

I deliver Better Balance Classes in the Stroud District Council area. The classes are designed for those who have had a fall or are concerned about their balance. Classes consist of a mixture of chair based and standing strength and balance exercises. All exercises are developed to assist in everyday life and help maintain your independence for as long as possible.
