Glos Girls Can: Celebrating local changemakers and inspiring the next generation

Join us for a dynamic panel event that celebrates the power and potential of women and girls in sport and physical activity. The panel will feature inspiring voices from our local communities, including women and girls who have broken down barriers and a male ally who has dedicated his energy to championing opportunities for them to thrive.

As part of Gloucester Rugby’s Kings Square Rugby Takeover, this conversation will shine a light on real experiences of getting into and staying active. We will explore the challenges, the support that made a difference, and the bold steps needed to ensure the next generation grows up with confidence, visibility and the belief that sport, physical activity and movement is for them.

At the heart of the discussion is a commitment to creating safe, inclusive and supportive environments where women and girls feel they truly belong. This is about opening doors, building confidence, and ensuring every woman and girl in our communities has access to sport and physical activity.

Whether you are a coach, parent, student, community leader, or someone who wants to find out more about local opportunities to be active and help make movement more inclusive, you will leave inspired, informed and ready to play your part in making change happen.
