Do you lead/organise or are involved in existing community groups that older people attend, such as coffee mornings, lunch clubs, knit and natter and other similar groups?
We are on the lookout for such people to join our local campaign, Fall-proof strength and balance plan that will support older adults to build strength and balance activity into daily life. You would help others to understand the benefits of staying strong, staying independent and staying healthy.
