What is systems leadership?

Systems leadership describes the way that we work when facing large, complex and difficult problems where outcomes are often unpredictable and uncertain. It provides a set of tools, strategies and principles that enable us to navigate complexity, lead when we’re not in charge and influence across organisational boundaries to enable or encourage systems level change. Responding to wicked issues isn’t something that we can do on our own, so the way forward lies in involving as much energy, talent and diverse expertise as possible.
