The Cotswolds is a region that extends into the north-eastern part of Gloucestershire. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) covers a large portion of Gloucestershire, as well as parts of Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire. In Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds region includes a number of picturesque towns and villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cirencester (main town).
The Cotswolds are renowned for their rolling hills, charming stone cottages, and historical towns. The region is a popular destination for visitors seeking natural beauty and historical architecture.
