Enjoy a nutritious, locally sourced lunch at your own pace, with time to relax, connect with others or join a guided wellbeing walk. You can also join the session – Get Everyone Moving, exercise prescription on subscription Q&A too or take a look at the Gloucestershire Play Pop-Up Van. Lunch will be available from multiple collection points in the 1873 Club Lounge.

14:00 – 14:10 | Energiser – Abbeymead Pirates Walking Football
Take a moment to reset after lunch with this light, energising session, offering gentle movement and a chance to refocus for the afternoon ahead.
14:10 – 14:55 | Unreflected Reflections: Nourishing Souls – Screening and Q&A
Unreflected Reflections: Nourishing Souls is an energetic and creative session that brings together cultural storytelling, youth leadership and place‑based wellbeing. Through film and conversation, participants will be invited to reflect, listen and engage with the stories shared. The session will introduce Unreflected Reflections, exploring its origins, purpose and growth, followed by a screening of the new documentary Nourishing Souls. The experience concludes with a panel discussion hosted by Meg, featuring film contributors Sanaa Vahed and Amin Khan.
14:55 – 15:15 | My Place and Space – What does today mean for you, in your place?
As we reach the conclusion of the day, our place and space means different things to each of us. During this session, you will have the chance to reflect on the day in small groups and consider what actions you will take in your place and space as a result.
15:15 – 15:30 | Closing Reflections
To close the day, hear from Sarah Haden (Deputy CEO, Active Gloucestershire) and Siobhan Farmer (Director of Public Health, Gloucestershire) as they reflect on the day and look ahead to the next steps for growing the We Can Move movement across the county.
15:30 – 16:00 | Optional: Reflections and Connections
An optional and informal networking time to follow up on conversations, share contact details or agree actions. The bar will be open, with a range of soft and alcohol-free drinks available to purchase.
