Our ambassador network aims:
- To build a network of coaches and clubs that are passionate about child-first coaching in their sport
- To share and advocate for children’s rights – to be heard, to play and to develop
- To provide training for coaches to develop this in their club
- To provide a network of like minded coaches and clubs that can best support each other with new ideas and ways of supporting child-first coaching

Training for champions and coaches
The Play Their Way Ambassador programme is designed for individuals passionate about child-first coaching, promoting children’s rights, and helping to shape the future of sports coaching in Gloucestershire.
We are proud to announce that we are a Play Their Way Community Builder and we will be championing child-first coaching in our local community. Being a Community Builder means we will now be one of the leaders of the grassroots movement ‘Play Their Way’ to build a network of coaches who will ensure children’s voices are heard and their choices are respected as part of all sport and physical activity.
We are looking for people who support children and young people to get active, to become a Play Their Way ambassador and become an advocate for Child-First Coaching in Gloucestershire.
