To support the Activity Alliance campaign - Who say's?, a campaign aimed at challenging perceptions of disability and activity, Active Gloucestershire's Disability and Inclusion Officer, Alice Evans, interviewed Sarah Vallance, founder of Accessible Yoga with Sarah to find out how she challenges these perceptions.
In Sarah's intervew she explains how yoga can be for everyone and challnges two perceptions:
- it's not a real sport if you have to adapt it
- Everyone can't take part together
