Event description

This session will focus on how to make physical activity more inclusive and accessible.

Do you have a great idea for an inclusive activity to help get people in Gloucestershire active but are not sure how to get it off the ground? Are you already involved with a local group or club and want to make it more inclusive and accessible? Are you looking for funding to help make these plans come to life?

Whether you just want to test out an idea or are already progressing your project and need a bit of extra support, we’re here to help make your project a reality. Our team has lots of experience developing and delivering sport and physical activity projects, programmes and facilities. We can advise on visioning, stakeholder engagement, business planning, marketing, evaluation and on the all important question of funding! Plus, if we don’t know the answer, we will try to signpost you to someone who does.

Book your 45 minute online time slot with Richard Fishlock, our Physical Activity Specialist who leads on Funding, Facilities and Active Environments.

During this session you will have the opportunity to discuss your project and agree next steps. This might involve a further chat with other members of the team who specialise in topics to do with disability, children and young people, older people and less active groups.

If after booking you are unable to attend the one to one session, please let Alice Evans know in advance by emailing aliceevans@activegloucestershire.org
