It’s never been more important to stay active, especially as we spend more time at home.


Fall-proof has launched #FallProofFriday, a new Facebook live series to help you stay active at home. The Fall-proof strength and balance plan is an easy-to-follow guide with six exercises to do at home. Find out more about Fall-proof here.


Every fortnight, two experienced strength and balance teachers will walk you through how to do each Fall-proof exercise at home.


To join the Facebook live sessions, follow the Fall-proof Facebook page for regular updates and get the following dates in your diary:


  • 6 November 2020 – Heel and toe raise
  • 20 November 2020 – Side leg raises and sideways walks
  • 4 December 2020 – Sit to stand
  • 18 December 2020 – Stepping up a step
