As an organisation we have gone through significant change over the last decade - from delivering services ourselves, to mobilising a county-wide social movement which inspires, connects and enables changemakers across Gloucestershire to reduce the wider health inequalities across our society.

As we have shifted into this new role, so we have evolved into a learning organisation – one that adopts innovative approaches, explores new ways of understanding the barriers to physical activity and one that embraces community-led, strength-based approaches to driving positive change.
